Tony was on time and professional. He was knowledgeable and very efficient. I had another repair person come to clean and repair the gas fireplace which was previously working fine. Tony was able to diagnose the issue as the remote was malfunctioning and he basically reset the remote and did a full cleaning and now the fireplace works like brand new. The "other" guy said I needed to replace the entire unit all components. I just saved 2,000+ and have a working fireplace again. I would highly recommend and definitely rehire. Very honest as he didn't try to sell anything and only worked to repair what was broken.
