+ -1 moreCame to home for inspection and estimate of heat pump replacement. Said he would call in a preliminary estimate in 7 to 10 days. After receiving no contact from him for 2 weeks, I called his business phone 4 to 5 times over the next 3 to 4 weeks. Each time, a secretary said she would give him my request for an estimate, but I never received any response from him or anyone else in the company over that time. I was always polite in my requests. I simply gave up trying. The meeting for the estimate seemed to go very well, but I have no idea why he never even answered my follow-up phone calls. Cost me a lot of wasted time in getting the needed service.
Description of Work: No service performed other than preliminary inspection before installing a new heating /cooling system.
