They schedule appointments well and they are good with their timing. They are all really good to work with.

I first visited the dealer on Sept. 26, 2013 and selected the vehicle which the dealer had to get from another dealer. We talked about my trade in vehicle and dealer did not include the special he had advertised in the local paper of giving Kelly Blue Book times 125% on all trades. I had to ask for that to be given to me. Then when the dealer received the vehicle and called me to come pick it up, I went at the appointed time and they had prepared the sales papers and changed figures by decreasing my trade value and changing the purchase agreement. When I pointed out the discrepancy to the sales person, he denied that we had agreed on a price and I had to wait over an hour for them to redo the paper work and leave with the vehicle. I will not go back there and will not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle there.

This vehicle purchase was painless as well as every other vehicle I purchased from them in the past. No pressure, no games, just a great fair deal. Looking to purchase a new Subaru Forester in the near future.

After purchasing my very first new vehicle, I scheduled an appointment at Wand L Subaru to have my car "Simonized". For those that don't know what this is, it's a clear coating of protection that is applied to the exterior paint of your car, as well as interior if you so choose, that bonds to the paint and offers extended protection from things such as bird droppings, tree sap, bugs, etc... If you get in on the inside as well, it helps protect your interior dash and fabrics as well. The best part about it, is that it's guaranteed for five years, and if it doesn't do what it is meant to do, Subaru will replace what is necessary at no cost to you. I thought this was well worth it so I made my appointment. It was a quick and smooth process. Stop by according to schedule, hand over my keys, and hop into the loaner car they had waiting for out front. The process only took a day to complete so I was able to pick up my shiny new car the following morning. The staff we're very nice and helpful and helped make for a pleasant experience.

They had a service clinic and were checking oils and changing them and checking tire gauge pressures. The technician I had ( I believe his name was Tom H) was great, very well informed and courteous. I was a bit put off by the behavior of some of the people in the service department ( a tad immature). Other than that my experience was very good, I would recommend!
