"My apologies that you cleaning services was not up to your satisfaction. As you asked for windows, bathrooms, floors mop and vacuum, dusted and counter and tables cleaned off. If there was a services that was also needed it was not spoke on you also showed me each room and told me what you wanted done and I did what was asked of. If there was a different level of service you needed or If you needed a more in depth cleaning that would be our deep cleaning package. Again my apologies your cleaning service was not to your satisfaction and I appreciate your feedback"
