Williams Comfort Cooling & Heating

I learned of Williams after having 2 other HVAC "experts" try to fix a problem with my furnace - it wouldn't light (intermittently). Between the two other "experts" I spent hundreds of dollars on service calls and nozzles. Dave correctly diagnosed the problem (basically he had a good idea of what it was just from our phone conversation) and fixed it in one visit.  He tested the high voltage transformer that sets the spark for ignition, and found it to be putting out marginal voltage.  Dave replaced the transformer and I haven't had one issue with it since.  Definitely recommended!

Charlie was on time and explained the reason for my problem and what he intended to do before he began work.  He also let me know my costs before he began. As a bonus, he even checked a ceiling fan I had that was on the fritz; other contractors (electricians) told me I needed to to replace the fan, as the motor was burned out.  As it turned out, Charlie diagnosed the problem as being with wiring--he said it had the improper relay switch! He fixed the wiring issue, and now the fan & light works fine!  He is very personable and reasonable, and offers to stop back if the problems reoccur. Would definitely recommend!
