I did not use him for the job, but he was okay and the thing I didn’t like about him, was that he kept adding things and discussing things that I had no interest doing. I ended up using Alex Smith because I like them better and their prices are better, and I felt comfortable with their contract and services.

He is actually scheduled to come out pretty soon again. We spent a couple of hundred dollars on that service. We just think that he is good at what he does. He just comes right up and talks to us about whatever the issue is that we have. We own two sides of the twin house and we have had him work on both sides. We will call him again because we need some other stuff done. We think that his prices are fairly competitive. He is a little bit hard to get a hold of.

Came right out and provided an estimate. Started work the next day and finished the following. Good work and clean up. Gave good recommendation of color, material and scope of the job. Workmenship was as expected. Friendly installers. This roof was installed on my father's house. Able roofing did my house, but Bill was able to begin the project sooner which was the prime factor in my choice. His proposal stated a 30 warranty; Able provided a formal written warranty after the job was complete, Bill Marks didn't. I called GAF and learned that a separate warranty wasn't necessary, but Bill Marks never returned any of my phone calls. I believe this shows a lack of professionalism.

We needed a flat roof done over our shop. Everything went fine & it was done in one day. We also needed a small roof (another rubber flat roof) over our TV room. This went smooth also & was done in one afternood. Bill is very professional & I would use his company again.
