You were on time and on schedule despite the
unexpected difficulties you encountered – improper electrical wiring, missing
boxes for vents, disconnected ductwork in computer room, and immovable vent in
the living room.

You and the crew are problem solvers. None complained but overcame problems as the
occurred. Not only did you overcome
problems but the solutions led to better a better system, e.g. move the
condenser to the attic from the third floor bedroom. This opened up the closet for normal use and
eliminated the pump in favor of gravity feed.
Purposely, I stayed away from that installation. I still can’t imagine how you got that bulky
and heavy condenser up the fold down stairs.

You held the price despite the many unexpected
difficulties. In the past, I’ve dealt
with contractors and could anticipate the deadly words, “That is beyond the
scope of the estimate.” You are a more
than honest contractor.

Your entire crew is courteous and friendly. It’s a pleasure to interact with them and

Your clean up is impeccable. I’ve dealt with contractors on even small
jobs that I would have to spend hours and hours cleaning after they left.

The owner of the home where I reside decided to convert the entire heating system of the home from oil to gas. The owner of the home has used BEACH HVAC in the past and spoke highly of their services. Obviously, a complete conversion of this nature is not a simple job and requires experienced professionals in the field of HVAC. BEACH HVAC proved to be complete professionals throughout the conversion on the heating system. The owner of the home was unable to be present while the job was being completed, but the Beach team (the individuals completing the job in the basement) ALWAYS kept me completely informed about what was being done, when this was being done, and how this was done. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the names of the 2 particular individuals who completed the majority of the conversion work because I would definitely like to give them the recognition they deserve. Also, I cannot provide a and quot;price ratingand quot; for BEACH HVAC because the owner of the home paid for these services. I will state that my experience with BEACH HVAC was one of complete and total excellence. Phone calls were answered and questions were resolved at any hour of the day or night (and even stopped by the next morning to make sure everything was working perfectly). The new gas system works amazingly well (and looks great, also)! The men who installed this gas heating system were at all times professional, punctual, friendly, courteous, and CLEAN. Going above and beyond would definitely one of the many positive descriptions I can give BEACH HVAC. I would highly recommend BEACH HVAC, Inc for any of your HVAC services.

The job went very well. They arrived on time and did exactly what they had explained. It was a 3-day job and they had warned us that we may not have hot water the second day/night. On that second day they were close to getting the hot water hooked back up and stayed until they got it done even though it was later than they normally worked. The job was completed on time and the service impeccable!
