Mike Isreal was an excellent inspector. He was a great asset to my home buying process even beyond the thorough inspection (and excellent follow-up report). Very knowledgeable. I was able to get many things identified to be fixed-by-seller that I would not have caught and saved me a great deal of pain. I would absolutely use Sterling again.
