Sears Stores Montgomery Mall

I did not keep a receipt, because I have never had to worry about anything with the Craftsman name on it when it comes to quality.  Because of that, a very rude and insulting manager refused to do anything including providing store credit. He accused me of lying about the number of times it was washed and said it was also a "work jacket" as if there was some lower expectation of quality for a work jacket; I would expect the opposite.
I pointed out to the manager that the door I walked through to the department had, on the plate glass, a large and prominent statement "Satisfaction Guaranteed".  I suggested he have the message removed as it was false advertising...and he virtually talked himself into admitting the poor quality of the goods.
Take your money and buy outerware somewhere else.  Sears will not stand behind their products, including those with the Craftsman name.

I hated them, they are not allowed in my house anymore. It is not all of the departments, it is just the home repair. They contract out the work and they were fine. It was the service from the so called project management department that I ended up throwing them off the property, yelling at them and being upset.

I was disappointed in Sears. They wasted my time and money.
