Pat came out to the house and applied a through treatment. We signed up for ongoing quarterly maintenance of the property. A few weeks later we found that a few small ants had survived the extermination. I called Pat on a Friday evening and he agreed to find a time to come out the following day to address the problem. He arranged his schedule for us to come out during the morning. He sprayed and also injected pesticides into the wall -- providing what appeared to me to be a very thorough treatment of the problem at no additional cost to us. He is fast and professional and assured us that he would address any further problems we had. Highly recommended.

They were very good and I will use them again in the future.

We never heard back from them and we took matters into out own hands. The folks that came out were nice enough though, ultimately, it didn t work. They weren t responsive. I don't know how long the stuff would work or if it worked at all. We have used them in the past. The ants came back in a month or two.
