The computer is operating fine and they fixed it properly. The only issues I had was with communication. When they first received it, they were sending me emails that they had received it and everything was fine and it was fixed. Then I got an email that said that was the wrong computer and mine was in the queue and then they said they had to order a part. All in all they did a good job fixing the computer but the communication could have been a bit better.

Was told it was probably hard drive, very expensive to troubleshoot, computer still working three months later.

Love the Geek Squad.  Their prices are reasonable, the techs are friendly and the work is completed promptly.  I have recommended them to many friends.  Wouldn't consider calling anyone else for serivice.

They are dynamite. I have been working with them for years. They take care of any problems I have. I can call them 24/7. I would recommend them for anyone who has computer issues.

I used the Geek Squad within the past 12 month to check on my iMac and to connect the TV to the internet for Wii games.  My sister and I reside in the same residence and are both Senior Citizens,  So when she  got a pc laptop and we learned another family member who will be moving in is bringing a laptop I thought I'd better have the Geek Squad come out to enable them each to use the printer (wireless network) and also to check the iMac to see if I need to go to iCloud.  The agent arranged for the same Geek Squad employee who came before to come again.  Anthony arrived within the agreed time period, he was courteous, respectful and polite.  He was patient in his dealings with us.  He showed us what he was doing and told us the Wireless Network Set Up has a 6 mo guarantee so if we should encounter any problem just call.  He told me exactly what to do when our relative moves in to add their laptop to the network printer.  
Anthony also made sure the Verizon Security System was on my sister's new laptop and told me exactly what to do to put it on the laptop our relative will be bring in.  Anthony enlarged the icons as well as the mouse pointer and he changed the color of the mouse pointer for my sister so she can see it easier.  He showed her how to bookmark webpages and he was extremely patient with us.  I felt very good about having him in our home and would not hesitate to recommend them.

They fixed it and they were awesome. Their customer service was excellent.

Anthony arrived within the time period.  He was professional, polite and explained everything he was doing and why.I was very pleased with the results & would use them again.

The guy was unbelievably patient. He stuck with it until he fixed everything, it took almost 2 hours! I thought they were very reasonably priced. I would definitely hire them again.
