DAVE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND STRAIGHT FORWARD THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. WHEN A MISTAKE WAS MADE THEY CAME FORWARD WITH A LOWER INTEREST RATE TO MAKE UP FOR THE MISTAKE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED AND RELAXED THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS.
