 + 0 moreWilliam "Bill" Lovell is is a scam artist. I later learned he had scammed others too. Watch out. If he offers you good prices, walk away. If you encounter him at all, walk away.
Description of Work: William "Bill" Lovell, of "Nationwide Windows, Doors, and Remodeling, Inc" (or so he says), took money over six months but never performed the work.
