White Vacuum Company is a retailer of vacuum cleaners, parts, and supplies. We deal in both residential and light commercial products. White Vacuum has been serving our customers needs for over 40 years. We carry products from all the major manufacturers including Dyson, Hoover, Sanitaire, Panasonic, Bissell, Eureka, Dirt Devil, Royal, and many more. White Vacuum is an authorized warranty repair center for most major brands. We sell both new and refurbished vacuum cleaners. White Vacuum also sells specialty vacuums such as handvacs, canisters, backpack vacuums, stick vacuums and hard floor mops. We also carry bags, belts, filters, HEPA filters, parts, carpet shampoo, deodorants, fragrances, dusters, and many attachments. We offer carpet cleaner rentals. Our technicians can repair most makes and models. We always give you an estimate, and get your approval before we repair any products. Although the part needed to repair our Dyson was on backorder for several weeks, White Vacuum was courteous and professional in communicating with us. (Backorder was no fault of White's as they are required to use a 3rd party supplier for Dyson parts.) When our vacuum was ready, we were very pleased that the whole unit had been cleaned. We tried it out as soon as we got home and it worked like a brand new machine. Parts & Service totaled $75. It was well worth the cost.

It went great! This is the second year in a row we have used him for our annual vacuum cleaner tune-up and check.... $30 includes a new belt and new filter - and the guys are extremely nice!

The shop is small and not especially easy to find on Route 30 (near McDonald's). The guys were polite and friendly and said they'd evaluate my vaccuum (when someone else was working?) and call me in 2 days. They did and estimated $55, which is what I was charged. They called to let me know when it was ready and it was. Vaccuum works great now. I'd use them again.

White Vacuum did a really good job on my vacuum cleaner. It had not been working right and was having all kinds of problems. I took it to White Vacuum and they cleaned it up and took care of it and it is now running better than when I first bought it. They are very nice people and very professional. They only kept my vacuum for less than a day, just long enough for them to work on it. They people are nice and sometimes that means more than the service to me.

When I brought in the vacuum they told me they would call with a diagnosis (I called them back before they had a chance to call me). They then ordered the part, installed it, and also cleaned out the vacuum from one end to the other.

From the moment I brought the machine to the store I was treated very well. I explained the problem and was told there would be an $8 charge for the estimate but if I chose to have White Vacuum repair the sweeper that charge would be deducted from the total. I left the sweeper that day. They called the next day with the estimate of $27 which was much less than a new sweeper would cost so I authorized the repair. The next day they called to tell me the sweeper was repaired. When I went to the store, not only was the sweeper repaired, but cleaned up. They put the sweeper in my car for me and each person I delt with was as nice as could be. Once I got the sweeper home and used it, I realized it was not just working, but working better than I remember it ever working before. I would recommend White Vacuum to anyone in need of sweeper repair.
