He installed rusted poles. The black vinyl coating was ripped off. Some of the poles do not have cement. There are a lot of scratches. One of my main gates are dented. I asked him if he could put something on the white vinyl fence. He helped himself to my siding and screwed it in to my fence.  He accused me of trying to sexual abuse his grandson. He didn't clean up and used damaged materials. He offered a 5 year warranty but didn't install this correctly the first time.  My dog was hurt by stepping on wire that he had left out, I had to take him to vet.

We had a contract for $450 for a 6’ stockade fence. He told me that the ground wasn’t level, which wasn't accurate. I called his wife to tell her that it wasn’t what I asked for and offered to show the contract, which stated at ground level. She just told me how long he's been in the business, but I was focused on my job. I ended up paying them $250 and chose to drop it.

we haven't had work done yet but at least I got a return call which is more than I got from other companies

The man is a total professional. His crew was well- trained and proficient. Everything was done right and they left nothing to clean up.
