.Mr. Lenhart installed my current unit apx. 15 yrs. ago.
Aiir conditioner stopped working on a Sun. morning. I took a chance that he would take call on a Sun. and he did. Mr. Lenart suggested I try a couple of things. He told me if he did not hear from me that his suggestions worked, he would call Mon. morning, which he did. He arrived apx. 1 hr. later and fixed unit. Was very pleased since it was a very hot day.
I have used him on several occasions in the past , and has always been very prompt.

Another great experience with Lenart Heating and Cooling. Our family has been using them for years. Highly recommended.

A tree fell on my air conditioner in September 2010. Insurance company was paying for the repairs but I had to submit an estimate. I called them because they were local to my municipality and I like to support the businesses in my community when possible. When, who I believe was the owner picked up the phone, I explained why I was calling he seemed uninterested in providing a free estimate but agreed to do so. He also asked how I heard about his company as I believe he was trying to gage whether or not I was recommended by someone he had previously worked for. After I told him I found him online he seemed even less interested in providing an estimate but agreed to do so. Needless to say I never received an estimate and my follow-up phone calls were not returned. My assumption was that he was likely busy, didn't need any new customers, and was only going to follow through if he was recommended by someone he previously worked for did not want to lose as a customer. I would have appreciated an up front rejection as I could have called another company immediately rather than waiting for and chasing him for a couple of weeks.

Called for service of old furnace (it was 26 years old!! had a great life). The service call went as I had expected, the old furnace could be fixed for around $1000, but that does not mean it would last much longer with the main parts of the system being 26 years old. We made the decision to get an estimate on a new furnace and he included in the estimate the other products and services that we ended up agreeing to getting. Shopped around with a few of my own clients that are HVAC businesses and friends, they said it was a very fair price and there would be no need for them to try and beat it. So, I went with Lenart and definitely was not dissapointed. Good guys!!

This company is always willing to respond when I need them. They always arrive on time and get the job done quickly. They inform me if anything extra needs to be done. I tell everybody I know that they should use this company.
