+ -1 moreI HIRED THIS MAN TO PUT UP MY VINYL FENCE, HE CAME AND HAD TO MODIFY THE HEIGHT OF THE FENCE BY CUTTING THE MATERIAL AND GLUING IT TO MAKE IT SHORTER. HE DID THIS WORK ON MY PORCH AND IN THE YARD. TO THIS DAY, IT IS STILL ON MY PORCH, AND HE HAS NOT COME BACK TO FINISH THE JOB. I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO HIM, BUT HE HAS ONLY RETURNED ONE, AND HE SAID HE WOULD BE BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY TO FINISH THE JOB. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM SINCE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, OR I WANT HIM TO FINISH THE JOB.
