They were nice and professional but we chose another company for the same unit at a better price.

I have been using this company for several years.  They have always given me good service.  They are a good local company and I trust them completely.

After two years the service that Comfy Kozy continues to provide is awesome! They check us out annually and our heating bills have taken a huge nosedive with the high efficiency furnace. I would and have recommended them to others.

A tree fell on my air conditioner in September 2010. Insurance company was paying for the repairs but I had to submit an estimate. I called them because they were local to my municipality and I like to support the businesses in my community when possible. They agreed to come give me an estimate and we set up an appointment for a few days later at 4:00, I think. I knew I would have to leave work early in order to be home when they got there. On the day of the appointment I received a call from the company and they said they would be there earlier than expected. I was still on the bus on my way home when they called and would not be home for another 30 minutes. I asked the employee to wait for me to get there when he called me a second time to ask for directions, as he could not find my house, but he said he would just check it out and then leave and said that I did not have to be there. I was slightly annoyed as I was under the impression that I needed to be there for the estimate, which is why I used vacation time to leave work early that day. He left before I arrived home and after one follow-up call (that was never returned) to check on the status of the estimate I called another company. I never did receive the estimate in the mail.

WE CHOSE NOT TO HAVE THE WORK DONE, AND HAD A DIFFERENT COMPANY COME OUT TO FIX IT FOR $90.00.

HE WAS VERY HONEST. HE CHECKED OUT MY DUCTWORK AND LET ME KNOW THAT I DIDN'T EVEN NEED A CLEANING. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIM. THE COMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND THEY EVEN CALLED PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT TO LET ME KNOW HE WAS DELAYED.
