When taking the old tub/shower out, he cut through the wall into the bedroom. He also cut 8"" baseboard to get at tub. Then just nailed in back into place, rather than replace it as we talked about when he did the estimate. Also, my tub drain pipe is balancing on a stack of small wood scraps. He said he would take care of that, but didn't.
