The salesperson, Anna was very helpful, patient, answered all my questions and concerns, gave me a lot of information, and returned my calls promptly. I made changes, which she promptly took care of, to make sure I was happy with my choices. The installation crew, Bill and two other helpers were the best. Bill's experience was evident, as he was aware of how things should go and how they should be done correctly. They were very respectful of my home, and cleaned up any small amounts of dirt right away. Another man came before the installation to measure everything to assure a good fit. Well, the counter fit perfectly and looks beautiful! I can't say enough good things about these employees and the company. I am so pleased with my new countertop and sink.

Very well done. There was a small problem and they were back within a day and fixed it. Pleasant to deal with.

They looked fine when installed, but then began showing scuff marks that wouldn't wipe off. They weren't scratches and couldn't be felt, and appeared after normal use. We contacted the distributor, who referred us to Vangura. We contacted Vangura several times and got no response. Then filed a complaint with BBB and got a response back that it was the distributors fault and not Vangura's. I would not recommend purchasing any products from Vangura. They DO NOT stand behind their products, nor do they care to find out what is wrong with them. I experienced nearly non-existent customer service.

We were surprised to learn that they do not do any rip out of the old counter top. They also did not reconnect the plumbing.  That had to be done by another contractor.  They did provide a name we could contact and that contractor was excellent and very reasonable.
The time frame was as expected.  The cut and finished edges of the granite were very well done.  The install was excellent.
We had a problem with the caulk not hardening but it did eventually.  They were responsive to our concerns.

Great. they had forgotten my cutout (sink) but brought it promptly when we called ( we live over an hour from them). They arrived when they said they would --very professional. Part of the faucet was not included for the bathroom installation, but that was likely a manufacturer issue --not Vangura.  Their showroom is awesome, and they have granite and finishes that you cannot get anywhere else. The are customer service oriented.  I thought they were a bit pricey, but I did choose a very high quality textured granite with rough edge. it is absolutely stunning.  They cleaned up and showed me how to care for my granite and provided samples and coupons for cleaners/sealers

They have a fabulous showroom. They have all kind of kitchens set up. You would just love the showroom!   The sales lady was very pleasant, and answered my questions.  We gave them 3 choices of granite. They take you through the fabrication process, and show you exactly what they do.  They supply the kitchen dealer with the pricing.  They were very helpful, it was a nice place to go, and I learned a lot.  From my experience talking with them, I would give them an A rating.  I would send people there, as well.

The project went quite well.  After installation, you could not tell the installers were in our home.    Loved touring the factory.

I liked that you go to their store and see the granite in the in the store and get to chose your counter. If you need more than one piece of granite, they do not charge you for two full pieces, they only charge you for the amount that you need. You can also go back as many time as you want to the show room. They also have a wide variety of granite from the least expensive to the most exotic. You can place the template on the granite in any positions that you like.

I do not think that Vangura was very helpful at all. They had to come out and re-measure things because the countertop did not fit right. They did install it finally, but, it took a while. They eventually got it right. I do not really remember what the price was; I am not really good with numbers. I just know that I was not very pleased with them at all.
