They did an excellent job. I was able to get an appointment rather quickly and then, he fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost. It was a lot less than what I expected.

My husband and I needed all new appliances for the house we were moving into. My mother suggested Ross because she has had great service from them for years, they also have other good reviews on Angie's List- so I included them in my search for appliances. I spent hours pricing out appliances online and in stores throughout Monroeville. When we went to Ross they had prices that beat all the others I had seen (except on the washer -$50 more), but they cut us a deal for multiple purchases and the overall price was great. They were informative about the products, but in no way pushy. They also included delivery and set-up. If you need any periferals (hoses etc) their guys carry them on the truck (you pay extra for extra things you need, we payed $25 ea. for gas lines and $25 for dryer vent hose- you may be able to do better at a hardware). They have most things in their warehouse and were able to set-up a delivery date within a few days of purchase. Overall, the delivery went off without a hitch. They originally told me they would be there at the beginning of the time window, but got there at the end (a little annoyance). They even submit the warranty info for you and remind you to check for rebates on your energy star appliances. My husband likes the fact that they are also a repair center. Obviously we have not used them for that yet, but my mother has and says they are great. They do leave the boxes which is annoying, but I find that the majority of companies do this.
