Petroff Construction is a full service building and remodeling company. We do not offer strictly concrete, electrical, HVAC or plumbing services. However, we do supply those services when part of a larger remodeling project by the use of our sub-contractors.

Mark added a home addition for us in 2011. When we decided to remodel our bathroom, we went right to Mark. We had such a pleasant experience with him when he did our addition, we didn't even get an estimate from anyone else. In addition to being a very nice person, he has a wonderful crew. They are all very professional and skilled. They started the job on time and were finished when promised. There were no hidden costs. We will definately use him for our next remodeling project.

There was a house that I drive past almost every day on my way to work. I noticed that they put on an addition and thought it was very nice looking. A couple years later, when my husband and I decided to add an addition to our house, I actually knocked on the door of the people and told them I was interested in an addition and could they tell me who their contractor was. The home owner was so excited and spoke highly about Mark. She gave me a tour of their home and Mark's phone number. I called Mark and 2 other contractors for bids. We picked Mark because he was very honest and paid attention to what I was telling him that we wanted. He took notes, asked questions and responded back with a quote a short time later. We are so very glad that we chose Petroff Construction. They started the job on time and finished within budget and within my time frame. I had asked them to be finished before Thanksgiving and they were finished about 2 weeks before. They showed up for work each day. All members of his crew were extremely nice and experienced. After seeing them every day for a few months, they became like family. In 2014 be contracted with Mark again for our bathroom remodel, and once again were very pleased.

All went well with no surprises, no glitches. They kept on task, were prompt, reliable, pleasant and, most important, brought my vision to reality. I was constantly amazed at how well they interpreted my ideas. Believe me when I say that I gave these guys a lot of challenges. They never "rolled their eyes" or told me it couldn't be done. They did ,however, suggest how it could be tweaked for a better outcome. I value their skills and,especially, their integrity. They never needed supervised...I went on vacation and left them do their thing. I will be doing work with them, again, this spring. I should also mention that they have a great team of professionals they refer to so I never had to hunt for an electrician, plumber, painter or landscaper. I am especially "over the moon" with my garden cottage they built. Wish you could see it! There was never drama, calls about problems or unprofessional behavior. I trust these people and would highly recommend them. I should tell the story of how they restored the house my father built in 1950. I inherited it when my mom passed and it held great value to me. I wanted it brought to 2014 but wanted to maintain it's integrity. Petroff Construction did that, and more. I now have the house I grew up in,with a facelift, but the house my dad built is still there. They treated this house like I would want treated, with respect and care. Prior to that, they did work on my "other house" which I still have. They did such a good job on both houses that I can't sell either of them.
