The tree trimming entailed using a hydraulic lift platform. The platform has tires and self powered, so it was moved into place w/o damage to my lawn. Walker's used ropes to catch the trimmed branches and lower them (slowly) to the ground. They moved all the trimmed pieces to a wood chipper and cleaned up the sawdust where it clumped.

Gave a prompt and reasonable estimate and stuck to it. Showed up when he said he would, did what he promised, and cleaned up more than expected. Definetly would use again.
