SEIFERT'S HOUSE OF FURNITURE

Bought the sofa from the North East store in May. Less than three months later the back cushions of the sofa were looking like they were under padded and very wrinkled. I called to inform them and after several calls they took it back, had it for two weeks and returned it looking worse than when it went. They had added some Dacron material between the sealed bags and the upholstery making the cushions look more wrinkled and actually lumpy. The return was on September 9th and up until my last contact with the owner on October 9th I made several calls which were not even returned. I was told that day by the owner that there was nothing they could do. I have contacted the manufacturer myself since I was told I had no other recourse.
