They did a very good job once they arrived. They were very late due to car trouble and did not call to let me know they would be late. I called to find out where they were and they said they would have called but did not have my number with them. They were very apologetic, and as I said did a very good job once they arrived.

Don't stop asking for their services and products to help you with your house cleaning or you may get a miss communication like I received.

It went well, overall. The team was able to complete the entire list during the five hours they were there. My only feedback is that some of the rooms were straightened, not completely cleaned. However, the main rooms were very clean.

I had a terrible experience with this provider, the were unprofessional and unwilling to follow through with the offer that I had purchased and they had listed. They came up with every excuse in the book to make sure the work was not to be done.

For the most part, they did a good job. However, whoever cleaned the master bedroom, did not pick up the items on the furniture and dust under them. There was a lot of dust, due to the fact that we are away for long periods of time. Also, in the master bath has chair rail, which was not dusted at all. I am always in search of a cleaning service which takes care of the FINE details (ie. pick up items on furniture, baseboards, chair rail, door and door knob, etc....) I have yet to find one. If all that would have been completed, I would have given them an A.

Cleaning crew was thorough and efficient.

I purchased the discounted full house cleaning. Celebrity cleaning got in contact with me, set up a time and date, and completed the work. They were on time, were polite, did a very good job, and finished in about 4 hours. I had to leave the house while hey did the work, and never felt nervous to leave them alone. My house has never been so clean. I am very happy with them.

I would have preferred the ladies to introduce themselves but they didn't. Other than that, they were polite. Most service providers coming into my home do introduce themselves and usually show an ID or business card.  They missed a few things, but mostly everything was done well.  I received the special offer price of $199.  If I had paid full price, I would have been less satisfied.  When the ladies left they said nothing about "would you like to set up a future service?", leading me to think they did not want to come back.  Even if they are not the ones to do that, they should have been instructed to say "someone from our office will be in touch to see if you were satisfied and see if you would like to set up another appointment".  I may be reading into this, but I felt uncomfortable with this.

The ladies were very courteous and professional. They got started right away and worked diligently for the whole time. I noticed that they put new mop heads on the mops to do my floors, which I really liked! Everything got dusted and cleaned, even my large shower enclosure! When they had finished they even mopped the floor as they walked out the door to ensure they left it sparkling clean. I am considering having them come back on a more regular basis in order to help me maintain my home.

The cleaners showed up at the time they were suppose to. They were very friendly and professional. The carpet I was having cleaned is a light color and was very soiled. I just wanted it to be cleaned up a little and the pet smell gone. My wife and I could not believe how clean it got, in less than an hour the carpet looked like new. The cleaning far exceeded our expectations, I would recommend Celebrity cleaning to anyone that is considering having their carpets cleaned.

It was okay. I wasn't crazy about them and I don't think I would ever use them again. The responsiveness was great. They were very good and the guy was very nice. It was the people that I did care for and I didn't care for how they did things. They were on time. They way they went about doing things like they did have a vacuum cleaner and it was like an old vacuum cleaner just throwing dust into the air and I said it seems like you're vacuum cleaner seemed it was throwing dust and they said, "Oh no, that's you're floor." And it was just their attitude and they were angry because they said that the person who took the quote never told them that they had to go upstairs and so they were angry about about and then the stairs were very soiled and then he just cleaned them with a brush and there was still a lot of dirt left. I told them that I had gotten a carpet cleaner purposely that had an accessory to clean the stairs and he said, "You will have to try that because you're stairs are very soiled." which they were and I understand that that's why I hired them. They were just very angry that they had to and it was a third floor and they weren't told that. I just thought it was unprofessional and I just think that if they weren't told that they still shouldn't have acted the way they did and I just think that they cleaning with an old type of vacuum that is throwing dust. The carpet cleaner worked and I was grateful for that and I had also cleaned the carpets before they got there hoping that their thing would come out better but I just feel like next time I will use another provider. The customer service person when you call he was very accommodating because I did have to reschedule several times just due to circumstances that the house was under construction. They were very accommodating with rescheduling me and they were very nice so it wasn't bad. It's just that I just feel like how they handled things is not good.
