The details were given above. I paid to have a leak fixed but if it rains hard enough it can still leak. I'm just amazed how these contractors just ignore customers after doing business with them. I guess they just don't care ? Not sure how they stay in business ?

He just recently did the job. We have had a good hard rain since, and there were no leaks. He was on time and friendly. It was a hot day, but he worked very hard. He did a really good job. His prices were reasonable. I would recommend him.

I really would give Yocum Roofing & Siding an A+. They were recommended to me by my boss who used them for roofing and he was very pleased with their work. We originally were only going to have a new roof installed, but his pricing for the siding, shutters and new gutters was very good, so we had everything done at one time. My "new" home looks so beautiful! All of his personnel were very polite and cordial, they also did an amazing job at cleaning up each and every day. We built our own home, so we know about construction and my husband was very impressed with all of the workmanship. I would absolutely recommend Yocum Roofing & Siding!

I would highly recommend Yocum.  My job was fairly small and most roofers in the area did not want to be bothered with it.  I had multiple estimates but could not get the work scheduled.  Mr Yocum was highly professional, estimated the job, gave me a very good price, and showed up when he said he would.  The repair was expertly handled.  Highly professional from beginning to end.

Great. Arrived promptly for estimate in March. Quote for work was very reasonable. Provided estimate for job and time frame for completion.  Confirmed style of roof shingles and color choice. He even advised us to contact our homeowner's insurance carrier as roof damage was due to Hurricane Sandy.   Called us to advise when job would be completed.  He and his team arrived bright and early as promised.  Large dumpster placed carefully in driveway and tarps laid over plants for protection.  Job completed within two days. 
A foreman even came back a few days after the job was completed to do an inspection and to make sure we were entirely satisfied; which we were and still are.

I had Yocum do a number of jobs 2012.  They have always had good service and good prices.  I also feel they are very honest.  I will use Yocum in the future.

Our old gutters were causing pooling of water near our foundation and front porch. Frank evaluated what was needed, gave us an estimate and explained in detail what he felt would be the best action for our needs. Frank recommend direction of the rain water from the upper roof on to the front porch, where it would collect into a wider gutter and tie into a longer, wider downspout further away from the house. The team came on time, they were courtious, efficient and cleaned up the work area after they completed the project. It has been a year and the flooding and pooling around the front porch and foundation has ceased. I would highly recommend Yocum roofing for any gutter needs.

It was a great service.  I was given a very fair price.  He arrived on time and completed the work in a timely fashion.  I will definitely use them again for other roofing/siding needs

Yocum was very responsive. The quote was the best of 3 received. The quality of the work and materials was excellent.

One of my gutters had been ripped by kids climbing on my roof. So I needed that replaced and I knew my roof was due to be recoated. I called Yocum Roofing and left a message. I received a return call a few hours later and Frank came out a few days later to give me an estimate. He actually arrived a little early which I was happy for because usually with other contractors you have to wait hours for them to show up. Two weeks later the work was done on the day scheduled and for the price on the estimate. I was so pleased with the service and the work preformed that I recommended Yocum to a close friend. I had also used him years ago to replace the shingles on my roof. A few days after the work was done I noticed a little bulge on one of the shingles. I called Yocum Roofing and Frank came out a few days later to find out what was causing it. He found a nail that had slipped under the shingle which was causing the bulge. I was very impressed with how quickly he had come out to fix whatever problem I was having. He stands by his work and wants to make sure the customer is satisfied.
