I originally had a discreet pot of cattails in my pond...which over the years, escaped captivity and colonized a huge area in the deep center of the pond...easily 4x4 feet. The clump was too big and too heavy, and too far from the edge of the pond for me to deal with. Garrett was wonderfully resourceful, and managed through a variety of techniques and sheer tenacity to get that bugger out of there in 2 hours...on a miserable rainy cold day that would have left anyone else shivering indoors. It was a triumph. So happy. He also gave me good ideas on future plant management. So glad I found him.

He works here at least once or twice a year. I have a pretty large patio. It was excellent. I really like him. He's a good guy. He didn't build anything new. He built a lot of stuff here already. I would absolutely use him in the future. He's an A+.

Garrett was a pleasure to deal with.  He was very responsive, even though we called him during what was clearly his busiest season. He was very thorough and thoughtful in explaining what he proposed to do, and did it all in a very careful and professional manner.  He was always extremely pleasant to talk to, maintaining a cheerful disposition at all times even though he worked in high heat and humidity.  When the job was completed, one of the stones revealed an odd stain after the first rain that wasn't visible when the job was initially done.  Garrett came over quickly and tried to remove it by scrubbing with a chemical solution.  When that didn't work, he got us a replacement.  Even though the stain was not his fault, he was again very responsive and diligent in correcting it.  We will definitely look to use him again when we need further yard work.
