The installation went well, with a few minor hiccups that can be expected during construction. The problems came a year later. He offered a great warranty, which is one of the reasons we went with him. But, our AC won't turn on. We've tried emailing him, calling him, and contacting him through his website. It's been a week and a half, and we can't get in touch with him.

Professional, on time installation of a gas fireplace and new gas line from basement to first floor. Showed up when promised and complete the job in the time quoted.

I interviewed and secured quotes from no less than six operations for an oil to gas conversion in our home. I did not offer the job to T.S., but wanted to offer this review to encourage people to give them a crack at your business.
The owner of the company came to give me the quote. He would have also been the man leading the team on the job. T.S., as they are not a huge operation, was the only company to send a person who would actually do the work. This, to me, reflected very well on them. Sure, they have to do it this way because they are not large. But it is a tremendous plus to get a quote from the man who would also perform the labor.
Tom, the owner, was clearly knowledgeable. He discussed options with me that nobody else even considered, and did a good job explaining why they mattered. He was the only person that gave serious thought to the-- literal-- nuts and bolts of my specific job. He didn't have pretty folders for his marketing materials, and didn't make a show of putting on latex booties before entering the home. He did not have a pressed polo, as he clearly came from an actual job. So if those things matter to you, you will be disappointed.
But he did obviously know what he was doing, was punctual, followed up promptly with answers to all my questions, and was able to speak frankly and collaboratively about the job. The only reason I didn't give him the work was he had limiting financing options, a matter he says he is remediating as we speak.
I would not hesitate to give him work in the future, and I would not have hesitated to give him THIS job if I had 10k dollars cash burning a hole in my pocket.

Great. They fit me in so my heater was fixed as soon as possible. They accommodated the time window that I was avaiable to be home. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and fast. After 3 visits from another company and still the heater failed, T.S. had my heater fixed in an hour!
