We recently hired Christian for a post purchase home inspection. He really helped us triage our to-do list. He looked at everything from foundation to roofing. Christian was extremely thorough and took time after his findings to explain everything. He even ranked issues in terms of seriousness. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family!

Christian was right on time, and completely reassured me by going through the entire house, top to bottom, inside and out. He was able to show us areas of the home where attention would need to be paid after a few years, and was also able to pinpoint the 'must-do' portions of the home as well. His report was incredibly thorough, showing images of every area of the home. We were also provided a flash drive of all the pictures he took. Every utility was used, every switch flipped, every outlet tested. He laid hands on every wall and nearly every pipe in the house. I think the only way he would have known more was if he had lived there for years. His level of expertise was evidant. Absolutely worth the money for our peace of mind as first time homebuyers. He made himself available to us for questions after the inspection. We highly recommend Titan Home Inspections!

Christian inspected our home and we initially thought he did a great job. Not too long after we moved in we started noticing a lot of issues which should have been easily identified during his inspection. The most glaring oversight was that half of the attic was completely uninsulated. We took pictures and tried to get into contact with Christian and he never returned our calls. We finally threatened legal action and he finally got back to us but never offered any resolution. If you want to spend a lot of money on someone who doesn't stand by their work, Christian and Titan Home Inspections is for you. What a complete waste of time and money.

Christian was fantastic.  By the time we arrived, he had already climbed on top of the roof and taken pictures.  He was very thorough in inspecting all parts of the home, even to the point of pulling apart the heater to verify that the exchanger was not cracked.  The only thing that both of us missed was an appliance not working (dryer) because it was not hooked up to electricity.  After the inspection was done, he downloaded hundreds of pictures taken onto a flash drive for us to keep.  I would definitely use him again!

He was very thorough and went above and beyond by going in every nook and cranny. He took hours and was very by the book.  He's the best I’ve ever seen.
