I thought the experience with Jaydor was excellent overall. I've had several home improvements to my home over the years and usually I can find something to be unhappy about. I have nothing bad at all to say about Jaydor. I was looking for 3 new garage doors and openers. My doors were 20 years old, and had been beat up hard by the kids, bad enough that they would make an awful screetching sound when opened or closed. Since I had had a good experience previously on a repair on one of these doors with Jaydor, I though I would try them out for new doors. The fellow came out to show us the options, and was nice and low pressure. We chose the doors we wanted, and waited about 6 weeks for the installation date. Once the day came, the man worked all day to install doors and openers and I couldn't be happier. The doors look and function great, and I thought we received a great value for what we paid. I would highly recommend these guys for replacement and repair of residential garage doors! The process was painless, and I thought the organization there at Jaydor is a well oiled machine.

I can't say enough good things about Jaydor. Jim the sales manager was super responsive and answered all of our questions. Nate and Mark the installers were AMAZING! I can't say enough good things about them. The door looks amazing and the neighbors have been commenting about how great the door looks. Highly recommend!

We purchased our garage doors from Jaydor through Costco. I recently damaged the bottom panel of the door by backing into it before the door was fully opened. Clearly my mistake. A Jaydor technician, Jay, came and, using a hammer, banged out the bottom panel so that the door would close. The technician gave me my receipt for the $98 for this and on the receipt it clearly shows that one panel needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, I didn't close the door until after the technician left. In banging at the bottom panel, he hit the panel above (which wasn't previously damaged). This was an accident but now we had 2 damaged panels that needed to be replaced. I sent pictures to Jaydor of the damage done by the technician. I spoke to a salesperson who told me that technician said I had damaged both panels- not true. I then spoke with Josh, who refers to himself as a manager, who was so rude to me it was unbelievable. Putting aside the lying about who damaged what - implying that I was lying, Josh would not let me speak, talked over me, and would not let me speak to anyone else. Just incredibly rude and unprofessional. NEVER work with this company! They are horrible!

It went very well.  Jaydoor has the installation contract with Lowe's in my area.  I bought the door on the 12th of February at Lowes and was told as a custom order it would take 3-4 weeks.  About a week after ordering, the door was in and I was able to schedule the installation a few days later.  The installer Chris was friendly guy and the entire job was completed in around 2.5 hours, he did a nice careful job and I am very pleased with the results

Poor customer service and and surly workers. It was agreed that approximately a month from order to completion would be the projected timeline. I was assured that I would be updated through the process. Not so, I did most of the follow up. I contacted the day before the scheduled  installation date and was assured of date  (via Jim Radcliffe) and had final discussions regarding the key locks. I was hopeful this would happen. Very shortly after i received a call for Jim indicating that the panels had not been ordered from North Carolina and would take an additional two weeks. This had multi ramifications that I will no go into but suffice to say this lack of thoroughness  was daunting. Below is Jim's' initial follow up email.
 As I just discussed with you, we discovered a few minutes ago that they send (4) of everything except the door panels. We have one door, and (4) track, springs and hardware for the entire job. We only received the materials late last week and have not gotten a chance to go thru the entire tractor trailer to review the orders accuracy yet.
I am asking if you want us to install the one door tomorrow as scheduled and the remaining three when they arrive following 12/1 delivery. I am not sure which you prefer.
Please drop me a line tonight to confirm. I am sorry they missed this and hope there isn't too much inconvenience for you ..........

After running into my old garage door with my car, I called Jaydor for a consult.  Jim came out to take a look and advised it would be best to replace the entire system, since I had inherited the door when I bought the house a year ago and had no way of knowing how old the door was.  He helped me select a new style based on what was feasible for my garage.  The installer (Chris) showed up on time and performed the installation by himself (I was impressed).  There were 2 issues; a glass pane was broken, and he didn't bring the universal remote I had ordered to go with the new door.  Nevertheless, a second installer (David) was back 1 week later and quickly fixed the broken pane and programmed a new remote for me.  Overall I was very pleased with the product, the process, the price, and the customer service.

We had damage to one of the panels of our garage door. We have a 2 car garage and we did not want to replace both doors. I had called another company and they never followed up and when I contacted them they told me they could not get the garage door. I called the company who made the garage door and they gave me the name of Jaydor. I called jaydor and told them which model door I had and they said they would look into it. They called me back in about an hour and told me that my particular garage door was discontinued but was replaced by a newer model which had the same panels as my garage door. They offered to order it and gave me an estimate of $400.00/ I had them order it. They came out yesterday and installed the panel. It was an exact match and they did a perfect job of installing it. They told me that it could take up to 4 weeks to order it but they had it in about two weeks. They called me to set up a time and they made it very convenient fpr me. They came on time. Did an excellent job. The cost actually came in at $360 and the garage door looks great. I would definitely use this company again. Great service. Thank you.

Everything went well. Very pleased with results. Door is high quality and looks great. Would recommend Jaydor with no hesitation. They were one of the most professional groups we have ever worked with on a home project. They know their business. Kudos to Costco for finding a really good contractor for their members.

We have had a very good experience with them. I would recommend them. Their service was good. They were on time and they used nice products. The price was reasonable. I think they also did the windows for my uncle and they were very reasonable and very quick.

He had to order the springs. The installation went well. They were very pleasant.

They did get the job done and it took a really long time.

It went great. It was excellent and he did everything he said he was going to do. We ordered an unusual copper coloring for the hardware and it took a couple weeks to come in because they had to order it. I would recommend them.
