The entire experience went off without any problems.  Rachel in the shop could not have been more cooperative.  She answered all of my questions in a very timely manner.  The installation crew arrived on time and were extremely professional.  They cleaned up when the work was complete. I started out with another granite firm but found them lacking in their personal service.  Santoro got back to me with a quote the same day.  I would highly recommend Santoro to anyone looking for someone to do their granite work.

I was looking to get Marble Threshold to match the Crema Marfil Subway tile i had bough from somewhere else. I called several places and they either did not have it, or asked t get back to me after they checked with their supplier or some wanted a $250 min. charge per piece (Yes, per piece of threshold that should cost $40-50). That is when I called Santoro Tile & Marble. They were very helpful, told me to stop by to look at slab, informing me that it will be custom cut (No min. charges) and they can do any size I wanted. After calling 15 places, that was quite a relief.I went an saw their showroom, and the great selection of tile, marble and granite, they had, picked my slab to cut from, and placed the order ($150 total, was a great deal considering it was custom size).
My contractor brought the pieces home, and upon unloading, we realized that one of thresholds had cracked, so we called Santoro back, informed them about the situation (could have cracked in transit, we don't know). I was fully ready and expected to pay for a replacement, my main worry was the lead time it would take make another (initial lead time was 1 week). But the lady was apologetic and without hesitation, asked me to send my contractor back to get a replacement done at NO CHARGE, and best of all, while he waited.
This is what I consider going above and beyond to make your clients satisfied. I highly recommend Santoro and now I know where I will be shopping for my net project.

They were punctual and polite and I found them easy to work with. I supplied my own marble and granite for them to do the work. They came in with a lot of energy but it felt like toward the end of the project they just wanted to move on. I would use them again.

The experience was excellent. They have been out a couple of times and we've bought tile there. They have very good customer service and they are very friendly. They are very prompt with their service. It is a family owned business. They are personable and courteous.

Their prices were competitive and their service was excellent. Rachel deserves special mention, as she
worked with us for months in order to assure that we got exactly what we
wanted. We completely remodeled our
Master Bathroom, and Rachel ordered multiple samples of trim pieces to assure that
everything (tile, vanity top, soap niche, etc.) was compatible. She created pencil moldings, custom
baseboards and a pie self (cut from the tile we selected) to serve as perfectly
matching accent pieces. She created a
bench seat cut from the vanity top slab.
Bottom line: the bathroom was beautifully coordinated and all due to
Rachel’s patience and commitment to perfection!

It was everything I hoped for. They did an excellent job and the cost was very fair as I had checked around first.

I am yet to receive the product. They have a wide selection, one of the biggest that I have seen in the area. They matched the price of a competitor. They were recommended by a family member.

It went great. We went into the showroom many times. They were all so nice and attentive. Vanessa is wonderful, she really took the time to help me pick out countertop, backsplash, and tile flooring. I wouldn't do business with anyone but them. Their contractor, Giovanni, is also wonderful. His work is meticulous. I highly recommend them!

Their Sales Associate, Vanessa, was charming from day one. It took us months to finally be able to purchase the granite we had fallen in love with (due to circumstances that did not involve Santoro), and when we were able to finalise the deal and our countertop was installed, we were delighted with the result. We were given the opportunity to see our slabs being taped off before being cut which was especially satisfying and everyone involved was very professional, pleasant and thorough. We could not have been more pleased with the result. We would have no hesitation recommending Santoro to anyone and we hope to do further business with them in the near future.

I brought in a piece of what was existing and they were able to match it almost perfectly. I wasn't sure how much I needed so she wrote down the info on the tile and I went home to measure. I called the next day and they didn't have enough in stock to help me but offer to order it in and ship it asap to me. I ended up going in another direction and not using the tile, but they were very helpful and patient. Great customer service.
