The driveway was redone in mid-June. I had to call several times to finalize the date for installation of the driveway. They rescheduled twice and gave me a few days notice before completing the work. In the beginning of August, the driveway began cracking near the bottom. I have made weekly calls with little or no response. When I did reach someone again last week, he replied that they were very busy and someone would be out to look at it. I sent them a message text with a picture of the crack.This was the 3rd time I was told that someone would be out. As of this date, no one has been out. Pat, the employee of the company assured me that they would guarantee the driveway for 1 year when he presented me with the proposal. A second long crack has begun to develop.
