He is very careful and I appreciated his attention to detail. He is also good with fix-it stuff and there was an old toilet paper holder (not being used) that was attached to the wall in an odd place. I asked if he could remove it for me and spackle over it and paint and I would pay for the extra work.
He is respectful and careful of your stuff and even wore shoe coverings.
I was very pleased.
