 + -1 moreThis is the second home I've purchased with Lea as the buyer's agent. In fact, I met her when she was acting as seller's agent for a house on which I put in an offer. I liked working with her so much that I immediately hired her to find me the right house (I was previously searching on my own). Bought a house 2 years ago with her as my agent and everythign went beautifully. When I decided to upgrade. I called Lea and asked her to represent me again. Great experience!
Description of Work: Worked with Realtor Lea Troup to find a home in Phoenixville/Malvern area. Set up apointments, provided me with recommendations, toured houses with me. Lea is very knowledgeable and personable. She's up front, not pushy, yet able to hold her on in real estate deals. She works with the buyer and with other agents well, and is quick to return calls, etc.
