Performance Cleaning did far more than I expected and the results were spectacular! First, Dave was very quick to call me back when I first left him a message. He was able to meet my needs with getting the townhome cleaned before my furniture, etc was delivered. He arrived on time with one other worker. We did a quick walkthrough. When I returned later that afternoon, the entire house was incredibly clean! Besides routine vacuuming etc, he steam cleaned all the carpets and stairs, cleaned the oven, cleaned the vent covers and a particularly filthy ceiling vent cover in the kitchen. The oven was bright and shiny again. He cleaned the porch, all around the front door, etc. There were a lot of stains in the carpet that he was able to remove. Most of all, the condition of the master bath room was so deplorable, that I really thought I would have to renovate. Dave got it immaculate! Only a small amount of residue on the very bottom caulk in the shower was still present. Performance Cleaning definitely gets an AAA+++ from me!
