They were punctual, super neat, very effective and a lot of fun as they weathered 3' of snow, driving rains, etc while installing my windows. They warned me that possibly some of my walls might need to be touched up, but they did a great job, so nothing needed attention. My windows were done quickly and effectively. I love my windows and love the fact that there is no more loss of energy. They fixed the openings to make them more energy efficient before installing the windows.

I requested a quote from Palladino. Within 24 hrs., Rob from Palladino came out to give me an estimate that was easy to understand and provided me all of the information my wife and I needed. NO SALES PEOPLE AND NO UPSELLING OF ANY PRODUCTS I DID NOT NEED. Rob with Palladino definetly lived up to their promise with an honest quote that beat the other 3 I previously obtained. The transaction and installation went smoothly. Rob and the other installer seamlessly installed my window and left the area cleaner then when they arrived! Bottom line, I got exactly what i paid for (1 beautiful window and nothing more). Thank you Rob for making our experience with Palladino Windows and Siding a POSITIVE one!

Mmmm....very tough to get hold of owner if there is a problem. Does not call back in timely manner. Customer satisfaction is not treated as important. Since then, the windows have seam air leakage between double glass. Color of Shutters have faded. Vinyl trimming dents easily. Covered gutters are a nightmare....that trap small leaves in them and get clogged easily. Garage shingled siding is beautiful...but pricey. Overall, not a very customer oriented company and not very professional service.

I had some shingles blown off the roof which were causing the roof to leak. Called Paladino. They have a standard roof repair charge of $189. For that price they come out and replace up to a 4X4 area of the roof. I had 2 spots about that size. He worked about 2 hours on the repair and charged me $205 bucks. I bought the shingles myself and they put them up.
They came on the day we agreed at the time we agreed. The roof does not leak anymore. I have used these guys 3-4 times for roof repairs and they have always been good.

He was polite, professional, to the point. He knew exactly what was wrong with what we had, exactly what needed to be done, came out, got it done. He's pricey. He came out right away and he was here exactly on time to what he said he was going to be here.

Visited the showroom to get a feel for types of windows available. From initial contact with Palladino Windows, personnel were very friendly and provided expert advice on a type of window to fit our budget. Project Manager made arrangements to meet us for the initial estimate and accommodated our work schedule. Someone was available to respond to phone calls. Paradigm Windows arrived in a very reasonable time. Installation of the windows was very professional; cleanup outstanding. We noticed that the original windows were lacking insulation and the workers added needed insulation around the frame. The drafts stopped with the installation of the new windows. Stained woodwork did not sustain any damage. All windows were installed in two days. Old windows were removed from premises saving us the trouble of disposal. We can vouch that the windows made a big difference in keeping us warm last winter.
We will certainly order the additional windows needed to complete our entire house from Emil Palladino.

The person in the office was very helpful and helped me pick the right materials. They were experts and knew what they were doing. They were prompt and did a wonderful job.

I was pleased they discussed repair options before we decided on a new roof. They gave options, competitive pricing and helped me make a decision. I had shopped the roof with other vendors.
They kept to the schedule and finished the job in 4 straight days. The quality of the work was very good and they made a real effort to clean up the debris and protect the landscaping. The guys worked in near 100 degree temperatures . I treated them they way I'd like to be treated and offered them drinks and simple comforts. They appreciated the treament and were professional.
Given the good experience, I recommended them to a neighbor who was also satisfied.

Roof installation went smoothly with no problems and has not required any return to fix anything. This company did work for me 22 years ago that included siding, windows and roof replacement. That work was done very well and required no return visits to fix any problems. Was so satisfied with their work that that was a main reason I had the roof done by them again, plus their pricing was competitive. In the previous job the plywood did not need replacement, but this time it did.

They made a quote without actually entering the property or corresponding with me to find out what I was looking for.

Obtained several estimates from various window manufacturer's. Visited Palladino's Showroom to see sample windows. Impressed with Paradigm Windows. Made arrangements for an estimate. Made decision to go with Paradigm Windows because of quality. Was provided a reference list; contacted previous window customers and received favorable comments. Only one person had an issue with a window but window was replaced at no cost.

All employees were very professional. Palladino employees installed windows; they did an excellent job installing the windows, completely cleaned up and removed old windows. Simply had to wash windows and hang curtains back on windows.
Very satisfied with Palladino Service from start to finish. Intend to use Palladino for future projects.

They have been very informative and helpful. They have been very accomodating as my needs have changed. I am pretty satisfied. I heard about them from my neighbors and I decided to check them on Angie's List. They will be doing more work for me in the future.

Called for a roofing estimate. Their proposal was received within a few days. After comparing Palladino's proposal with others, and speaking to all contractors who I received proposals from, I liked dealing with them the best. Never felt like I was bothering them if I had a question about something. They covered front lawn shrubs and rear deck plus brand-new air-conditioner. Overall, it was a pleasant experience from the initial phone conversation with their receptionist to the foreman to the owner.

The day after the storm, I called the company to arrange an estimate. They came the next day, quoted me a price of $200 to repair the fascia and shingles. I approved and they completed the work in 1.5 hours. This is the third time I have used this company to do general repair on my roof. Each time they have been prompt, punctual, the quality has been excellent and the price has been very fair.
