We needed a set of different types of construction work done to our home prior to moving in and only had a few weeks to get it all done since we needed to be out of our old place due to tight settlement dates. Oliver Construction (I call them "OCI" for short) was awesome! The owner, John Tahtabrounian, led the way from start to finish and I felt like it was a commercial construction project with everything planned and "layered" to make for the most efficient schedule possible. All new replacement windows, roof work, carpentry, bathroom, plumbing, HVAC, etc. -- and we had the entire house painted (interior) to ready for move-in. I can't recommend this company enough and the cost was more than reasonable. You get what you pay for, I always say -- and OCI was worth every penny!
