Terrible service.

Excellent experience!  
We decided to go w/ Michael Adesso Granite & Marble after having a horrible experience with a previous marble/granite vendor that was recommended by our contractor.... After meeting with Dora, we were put at ease and were quite impressed by her knowledge and overall professionalism. It was especially refreshing and greatly appreciated when Dora made such a effort to accommodate us w/ a  speedy install, as we had some unforeseen time constraints on our bathroom remodel.  
The end result was flawless and the vanity counter top looks amazing-highly recommend!

Granite countertop bathroom

Visited the shop in Norristown and made selection and ordered it. Was told someone would call and set up date for measuring of template - which they did. I recorded the date and approximate time to expect them. Took off day from work for this - they never called or showed up on scheduled day. I phoned to see what happened and gave the name of the person who scheduled the measurement day. Was told he and quot;didn't remember scheduling me for that date.and quot; Had to take another day off for reschedule. No person in management called, no apology, no discount for inconvenience offered. How many people are purchasing granite in this economy? There are hundreds of fabricators to choose from who actually believe and demonstrate real customer service. Never again would patronize this shop or recommend to anyone I knew looking for this product.

Job went very well

We had an unfortunate situation where another company improperly installed a granite tub surround in our home. This company could not have been more understanding and accommodating despite knowing that the original company was being given an opportunity to repair the initial installation. We were warmly greeted at the showroom, attempts were made to find a match to our granite, and Dan visited our home to give an estimate on a new tub surround. Since the other company did finally repair the tub surround, we did not require the services, however, I would certainly feel confident in using them for our next project.

We used Michael Addesso Marble and Granite to supply and install our new granite counter top
and supply the tile for the floor and backsplash. We shopped around at many local stores but selected Addesso
based on the excellent support we received, the quality of their work and competitive pricing.

Maria and Dora Addesso were both great to work with. Maria helped us select the ideal colors and material for our project.
Once she got to know our tastes she pre-selected and laid out tile samples for us to review prior to our appointment.
Dora was every helpful in coordinating the final details of our order. Maria and Dora both have great design experience.
We had Addesso install the granite counter top and another contractor install floor and backsplash tile.

This was our first time purchasing a counter top and tile for our kitchen make over project. The folks
at Addesso took the time to answer all our questions and educate us on the many options of materials available.
We worked with Dan Tully to schedule the template process and final installation.
He was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with.

The counter top installation went very well with no problems. They did agree to return to install anchors in the counter top to secure the dishwasher after it was determined that our kitchen cabinets were too narrow for the side mount option.

Over all we were delighted with our experience with Michael Addesso Marble and Granite and our kitchen looks outstanding.

Excellent experience all around. We worked with Pat, Marci and Dora primarily.
On our first visit to the showroom we worked with Pat. We brought along basic measurements of our existing countertops. She helped us estimate needed square footage. She took us out to see the available slabs. They had a great selection. We found two that we really loved. She got us a piece of each and encouraged us to take them home. Once home, we were torn between the two.
On our next visit to the showroom, we worked with Marci. This time we brought along one of our cabinet doors. They pulled out numerous slabs of the two granites we liked. This made it easier for us to decide on the one we wanted. We picked Colonial Gold.
The next week someone came out to do the counter templates. He was great to work with. To do the templates, you must have new sink, faucet, and appliances on site. Backsplash must be removed and cabinets must be in place and secured.
Two weeks later they came to install the granite. The installation was perfect. The two guys who did the installation were great to work with. They installed the sink too.
We went back the next week and worked with Marci to select tile for our backsplash. She was a huge help. We selected a tile called Sutherland Slate Interlocking Stix. We installed the backsplash ourselves. It is gorgeous!
We are thrilled with both the counter and backsplash. We keep asking ourselves why we waited so long.
Highly recommend Addesso.

Before shopping for countertops, be aware of the additional work that will need to be done beforehand. Old countertops need to be removed, plumbing will be changed - new undermount sink for granite tops. Contact your plumber/handyman and get estimates of the additional work needed. Contract with your favorite workman and have him coordinate the installation with the Adesso shop.

Once the Adessos made a template of our countertop, we revisited their shop; placed our template on the slab(s) reserved for us so that we could see the exact pattern of granite on each part (i.e. island, countertops).

All of the work done by Adesso Granite was first-class. Communication with their shop was excellent; all services delivered as promised. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first-class job.

We had been to this showroom before to look at their beautiful granite and tile. Each time we were treated courteously and that is why we went back although our general contractor recommended someone else. Because of the size of our job I was able to purchase a remnant which provided us a 50% discount on the price. The saleswoman was very patient and helpful in selecting a color that would match our new cabinetry and tile as well as looking for the best part of the slab to use for our job. When the time came for Addesso to come out and measure they actually pointed out that the new sink ordered by the supply house, which was on site, was too large for our vanity. The tech knew exactly which size I should tell the general contractor to order and was able to cut the granite without making a second trip. I was very impressed. Installation day was interesting because we were to have everything here ready for the granite to go in but there was a last minute problem. Their office was very patient in rescheduling. In fact, when I called about three hours later to say that I was ready to reschedule, they sent a team out right away.

Their service was pretty good. I would not strongly recommend them but I would not tell you no either. I am somewhere in the middle. Their price was just about average. My tile work is nice but there were some minor imperfections. They did make an attempt to fix it but it is not perfect. If I found someone else I would use them. And I think I could have gotten a better price if I had shopped around.

We did not have a budget in mine so these numbers were fine with us. However, wwe were treated in a very condescending manner. I assume this was to due our relatively young age. The sales women was an older Italian women. She said "This is appropriate for your first house". And made another comment about the wide range of material quality / cost we were looking at. She seemed to want us to narrow it down that day. Their lead time for installation was long also. Less than 3 weeks later, our counters are done now but not by MICHAEL ADESSO GRANITE and MARBLE WORLD INC.

The installation and the price was done well. Unfortunately the granite had a small crack by the sink cut out that due to it's small size they couldn't fix, but they did come out for a second visit to sand it and seal it.

The only reason I didn't go with them was just because of the price being higher than the company that we did go with. In retrospect, I would have paid the extra $1000.00 for a quality job. I regret not having gone with them. They were very responsive. Their punctuality was not applicable. I just went in to look at their stuff and got a quote on the spot. Their professionalism was very good.

The service was excellent and they provided us with the right amount of guidance throughout the process. Installation was quick and accurate. I liked that I was able to pick my slab at their location. I didn't need to go to a quarry.

They were fine but they were kind of overpriced. I went to a whole lot of places. They didn't have a lot of selections.

The workmanship as well as the material (Granite) are of the highest quality. All appointments were met on time and all my phonecalls were returned promptly. I am completely satisfied with the entire experience.

They have very competitive pricing and are very professional people.

It was the most fantastic experience. They were prompt, courteous, on time, and it did not take long at all. I would recommend them without reservation.
