The first visit was prompt and professional, but since that day we have seen a dramatic increase in pest infestation. We are on the hook now for four treatments (one year) but each visit seems to make our infestation worse; inside and out. They offer one explanation or solution, they just want us to keep paying them to bring pests into our house.

Very well. I dealt with two representatives. Both were very nice and took the time to explain everything they were doing. Due to a communications mix-up the first rep was not prepared to deal with the rat problem. He was extremely apologetic and promised me that a second rep would be out the *next day* to deal with it. He was good to his word. I explained that I did not want poison used for the rat elimination as I did not want to deal with the smell of dead/decaying rodents under my ground level deck. My request was honored and traps were set. I was shown how to reset the traps. The traps were extremely successful (eight catches). Yes, I had to get rid of the dead vermin and reset the traps myself. *However* the success of the traps outweighed my revulsion. And I have noticed less insects inside the house.

Our technician was on time and very friendly. He did everything we asked him to do and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Throughout his visit he also explained what was offered to us throughout the year that was included in our service plan. He was thorough in services all areas of our property inside and out. He also explained that these products were safe for my kids and my pets.

This is an addition to my original evaluation done in 2016. After writing the first review for Angie's list the company called me and asked me to change the review!!!! I told them I would not change the review- they had provided very poor service. They stated that if I changed the review against them they would drop all efforts to collect the money they thought I owed them ( the rest of the contract which they had not performed). Again i refused to change the review here. Then they began sending me frequent bills which i refused to pay. The phone calls continued. Now they have sent this bill for services they have not provided to a collection agency! I spoke with them today and explained why i had not paid the bill. The collection agency said they would continue to ask for the money- remember this is for services never performed. Do yourself a BIG favor and never sign up to get work done by this company.

The initial service was conducted promptly, seems of a fine quality, and the representative handling the on-site visit was very courteous and professional. However, the company billed me an amount far greater than the agreed to price, and was unresponsive to my contacts requesting a correction. I cannot recommend using this company for pest control, as they do not appear trustworthy in handling billing, nor responsive to customer service requests.

Mark used a spary approach to eliminate the yellow jackets quickly, waited to ensure there were no more entering or leaving the nest and provided some advice in terms of safety if we see bees, wasps etc, concentrating in an area.

Very punctual as it pertains to time, very professional and personable.  Felt bad as Mark was over-dressed for the heat (corporate policy I would suspect).  Discussed pro's and cons (basically none, very environmentally friendly) of the application(s) and what I should expect in the upcoming weeks and when my next appointment would be (or sooner if I didn't see any results from the initial application).

Logan explained everything in great detail, as I was concerned about chemicals and keeping my children, dog & well water safe. Honestly I decided to give this company a try because of the reasonable rate when a rep came by my house with information. It's still early days to see how the pests are repelled, but I am hopeful and I was happy to see at least 3 different methods of eradication used, depending on the location & specific pest.

Great -- Ryan did a great job.  He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable.  Explained service and took his time performing it.  Love that they are paper free and that products are not toxic to our dog.

The representative that we first dealt with was very nice and informative. The technician arrived on time. He was very respectful and answered any questions we had concerning insects in our recently purchased house and new neighborhood. The tech was thorough and seemed to service our home well. He reminded us when he was finished to contact the company for any reason, whether we continued to see any insects or have any questions.

I've used their services for 3 years, and it seems the pretreatments don't do anything.  I always have to call and have them come and treat inside my home.  Primarily the problem is ants, centipedes, and this year, cockroaches.  Recently they came our to treat inside for centipedes, and we still have centipedes, two over a month later.  The service contract is a total rip-off and the quarterly "treatments" are a joke.

It's really difficult to schedule retreatment (on hold a long time).  Don't bother using the "Request Call from Customer Support" or "Request a free retreatment" on their website.  I used both recently and never heard from anyone.  I even emailed them an got no reply. 

The "My Account" feature on their website states you can get an  "Account Statement, Service History, Payment History, Billing History, Make a Payment, Update Credit Cards, Update Account Info, and Change Password', but the only think you can ACTUALLY do is make a payment, that's all!

Once I finally get a tech our to treat inside again, I'm terminating my contract with them.  Oh, and beware, when you sign the service contract you can't cancel for like 2 years, you're locked-into the contract.

The salesman, David, came to our house and explained what services they offered and the price of the services. We agreed to the terms & he contacted his supervisor, Paul, who told us we could have a technician come out within the hour to start the process. The technician, Logan Chandler did indeed show up and before starting anything explained exactly what he was going to do.  He sprayed inside and out for ants and other pests.  He put a gel substance at different areas that the ants would take back to the nests and kill the ants.  He also spread pellets on the lawn that would take care of pests and grubs.  He was done within an hour.

I thought the technician did a great job of explaining to me exactly what he was doing throughout the entire process.  He was very thorough while walking through my house to ensure he didn't miss any potential hiding zones for the bugs.  The tech even told me that if I have any issues with pests 10-14 days after the treatment that the company would gladly send someone back out to treat the areas again, free of charge.

I have been using this company for some time and have been very happy with them.  They go out of their way to make the experience a positive one.  I was late getting home because of traffic and Mike waited for me and then explained what he had done outside and asked what my concerns were.  friendly and professional.  I also want to mention Holly, she is the dispatcher and really great to work with!

The technician was very  detail oriented and wanted to be sure that I had all my concerns and questions addressed.  They wear protective foot covers as to not dirty the floors. The were extremely polite and very knowledgeable about their product and the potential pests.  They made it very clear that we should see results in 10 days and if we ever have a concern or are not happy with the result, they come back at no charge to us. They will return every 3 months and address seasonal pests.  So far I am very happy with the professionalism and courtesy of the technicians, as well as their knowledge of the product and service.

This company is for the birds!   It is impossible to get ahold of them on the phone unless you are willing to wait for about 15 minutes. Then you are often disconnected. I called ( after what seemed an eternity waiting) and asked that they not come to my house until 2pm on the day they scheduled. They do the scheduling, not you. After repeatedly telling me they could not do this I was put on hold again and then told they would indeed be here between 2 and 4pm.  They arrived a little after 12 noon. We had asked for special treatment for hornets. This resulted in a quick squirt of whatever they already had on top of the nest my husband showed them. Wow!  Then when I called to cancel my contract they told me I couldn't (!!!) and then that if I did I would be charged for this also. Be warned- don't even bother getting into this- it is not worth it to you or your peace of mind.
