+ -1 moreBob is an excellent contractor. He shows up when he says he will -- or gives you good notice if he can't, which is very rare -- and he does quality work. His work is thorough. His estimates are very detailed so that you know exactly what you're paying for. His estimates are always what you end up paying, too, unless YOU add something to the work. He collaborates with other vendors (Floors USA or the custom cabinetry company, for example) very well. He provides ideas when you're stuck for them, including design ideas. Overall, Bob is outstanding. I recommend him without reservation to anyone needing any kind of renovation or building work.
Description of Work: Bob Hammer renovated my master bathroom most recently; he also renovated our guest bath and kitchen. Total guts all three times.

Description of Work: We've only just started with Bob on some major renovations -- two bathrooms and the kitchen -- so I can only comment so far on Bob's responsiveness, which is excellent, and his professionalism, which is excellent. Remains to be seen is the quality and timeliness of execution. It's a lot of work, so I assume we'll be living in a reno zone for a couple of months. We'll post a fuller review when it's all done.
