They did not do a great job. The company is in decline.

Bob from Frank Degrazio roofing was exceptional. We needed our roof done in the winter. They provided the estimate the same day I called. The job was delayed by snow, but Bob kept in contact. When it looked like it was going to snow again, Bob came over and shoveled the snow that was on the roof from the previous storm. He did this so he could get his crew in to get the roof on. | |After they left, you couldn't tell that they had been there, except for the new roof. | |His price was in the range for my small roof. It wasn't a huge job, but they treated me like it was. | |

Call Frank Degrazio roofing and left a message that I needed minor repair done. Within a few hours I received a call back from Bob, one of the foremen. Bob said no job is too small and scheduled a time to come over and do the repair. He and another member of their team arrived the next day as promised. He went up on my roof and replaced the necessary shingles and fix it within 30 minutes. Overall good experience, this was the second time I have used them.

DeGrazio roofing re-sided my house. The estimate was given in January 2010. I gave them a 50% deposit to order materials. I was told the job would take three days. Due to the bad weather, cold, rain, etc. the job could not be started until May. I was always able to contact them and they always returned my calls. I am very fussy about things and DeGrazio Roofing always proformed up to my expectations. They found some spots on the roof that needed attention,brought it to my attention and I had them fix the items( at additional cost which was only fair). I was very pleased with the service

We had high hopes for this company after our initial meeting. We felt the estimate was reasonable and thorough. They did not give us a date they would start, but after many phone calls, they showed up 3 weeks after signing the contract. The work seemed great at first, but we soon developed a huge leak in our skylight. They blamed it on our skylight (which now needs to be replaced) but fixed the leak. We soon developed another leak, causing the paint in our ceiling to create a ''bubble''. It took 2 weeks to get them to return our calls, and they only called back after I threatened contacting a ''mediator''. We would not hire this company to do more work because 2 leaks in less than a year is unacceptable.
