Did a nice professional job.

Dan took a look at the work needed, discussed how it should be done, and what might be involved, and gave us an estimate.  We especially liked that he quoted a price, but also told us the maximum he would charge.  The job was a bit tricky since the wall behind the faucets was not even, with a definite variation from side to side. He explained exactly what he would do, and even helped out with figuring out the fitting of the replacement tub spout and faucets.  (No plumbing was involved, but there were a couple of issues because the wall was now even.)

Dan is a collaborative worker.  He worked WITH us, and was great at communication.  He was helpful on the phone, available exactly when he said he would be, and on time both days.  We are looking forward to working with him again.
