CUSTOM CARPET CLEANING

Service was great. When I called to make an appointment Kevin answered the phone was very personable and scheduled my cleaning on a day convenient for me. He was also very helpful and knowledgable with questions I had about the process. The cleaner arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and I did t feel like I was trying to be sold additional services. My carpets turned out great, the price was reasonable and my overall experience with Custom Carpet was great. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Damian was wonderful.  I've used him every time I've had my carpets cleaned.  The water hose that he needs to use has to come through my garage and I was concerned that it might leave marks.  He's very careful with everything he uses and I worried for nothing.  I have a dog and light colored carpets so spots show up.  He pays attention to those spots and works hard to make sure they're removed.  My carpets look wonderful when he's finished.  I've recommended him to others.

     After a wild Super Bowl party ,I was left with a room filled with red wine stained carpet. I purchased every brand stain remover and

     shampooed twice. Nothing was working. Thinking the carpet was ruined it was time to bring in a professional. They showed up on

     time, removed all the furniture in the room and began to work their magic . When the job was done it looked as if they installed

     brand new carpet, saving me a ton of money. My wife was so impressed were having them back to do the rest of the house along

     with my son's entire place. THANKS Custom Carpet you guy's did a FANTASTIC job.

    

Very professional employees, on time and got red stains out of carpet my kids made.
Also spot dyed an old bleach stain. My carpets look brand new.
