I received a reminder card to make an appt for an anual physical. I made the appt with Dr. Allum, who is very detail oriented and allows me to look at what she is seeing. (My girl has what she called a prematire and quot;mercedesand quot; cataract and she allowed me to look in her opthalmoscope and see what she was referring to initially.) I've been going to this group for at least 15 years, have taken all my kitties there. The tech took a current history prior to the exam and Dr. Allum came in shortly thereafter and did a routine exam. She drew blood for labwork and sent it out. Within 2 days, I had the results. If emergency labwork is required, they can do it there. In the past with some of my other cats, Dr. Allum has called me personally to discuss her concerns over test results. Staff is very professionall and responsive to my questions and concerns. My experience with other cats Ive taken there: They are very compassionate and caring with end-of-life issues and freely discuss options. Dr. Allum will refer to a specialist if it's beyond her expertise. They are honest and tell the facts as they are. They answer all my questions to my satisfaction. Highly recommended. Unless there's an emergency of some sort, they are punctual.

I recently bought a puppy, I went to Creature Comforts to have him checked out and to give him any remaining shots. I also wanted to talk to them about having him fixed. Everyone there is great you can tell they all love animals. They have provided advise, made recommendations - I cannot imagine not having them in my puppy's life.

Our golden retriever throw up couple days in a row; so made the appointment for a check up. They are very patient to go through how the dog is doing for the past few days and took an X-Ray; seems like there were some dirt that might causing the blockage. Gave me some instructions on the feeding schedule for the next few days and our dog is back to his normal happy self afterwards. The initial checkup is on Saturday and they even came in Sunday morning for a follow up X-Ray.
I have been going to Creature Comfort since I got our puppy over a year ago and every single visit is very nice. Everyone is friendly, professional and patient. Being a new dog owner, I also called several times asking for advise/information and always got prompt answers from them.

I like everything about them. They are friendly and good with the pets. If the dog isn't acting right, we call them and they give us an opinion or ask us to bring her in.

We would recommend them. They were on the pricy side but they were very good. We were been recommended to them years ago by someone. They are very caring about our animal. They answer all my questions. It's definitely a caring environment and that's why we take our pet there always. They are very knowledgeable. They are pretty reasonable with appointments and they used to work on Saturdays as well but now I think that is not there. We get quality care though the price is little high.

We were very happy with the services. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Allum was very patient explaining everything she was doing and gave us plenty of time to ask questions. Aiden was well cared for during his examinations and the hospital stay for his neutering. We expect to continue with Creature Comforts Veterinary Hospital for as long as Aiden is with us.

They are very professional, friendly, compassionate and helpful. We moved out of the area or they would still be our vet.

Creature Comforts is very convenient for us because they are located on Germantown Pike, about 5 minutes from our home. They have a welcoming waiting room as well as knowledgeable office staff. We are usually seen quickly, with minimal wait time. This is a BIG difference from other vets we have visited, and when you have a nervous beagle it makes all the difference. They have provided us with services such a routine exams, tests, behavioral questions, and medicine, and sick visits. We are always pleased with the service our dog receives. They are very caring at Creature Comforts, and we are happy to have found such a great veterinarian!

This veterinary facility obviously is very animal-oriented. For a vet to actually personally take an animal home with her in the attempt to save its life says a lot. For that reason, this facility deserves all outstanding marks from us. Our relations and situation with this facility shows just how much the place will advocate for animals and do whatever they can to preserve a life if or when it is possible. We feel fortunate to have found such a good facility that is obviously so humane to animals.
