Diliberto Plumbing addressed issues with my water heater and water pressure, related issues. They were friendly, responsive, punctual, knowledgable, and appear to have fixed my issues.

Perfect. They were on time. Assessed the current faucet. It could not be repaired. They replaced it with a faucet that will last. (Not a big box home improvement poor quality faucet) Cleaned up after they were finished. Efficient and quick.

Finally, lucky me! My neighbor recommended Diliberto Plumbers to fix the plumbing mess my general contractor created in our home. Finally a win for us. Diliberto saved my poorly constructed wet room and created a whole new beautiful bathroom for us from scratch as well. No job is too big or too small. The plumbing code inspectors at UM township agree that Diliberto Plumbing has earned their excellent reputation and took care of permits and inspections. Great job. Neat, clean, trustworthy. Professional. Friendly.

They worked around my work schedule to get this done the same day that I called them.
The technician did a through inspection and certified my plukbing system.  He even noticed taht one of eh knobs on my kitchen faucet was off a bit and adjusted it at no charge.  I asked him for some pricing info for soem items taht I would like to eventually replace and they had them requested numbers to me the next day.  When it comes time for me to replace them I woudl definately give them a call.

Joe was my technician and arrived on time and was courteous, wore booties over his work boot to keep my house neat, he did a great job on both of the installation, I priced a few other places and Diliberto had the best price.  They also have a great reputation in the area.  I am planning on using them again for other plumbing issues I am having.

Joe was the technician....on time, did a great job, quickly and efficiently.  Looked at other plumbing in my house.  We discussed future work. 
Will definitely call Charles Diliberto Plumbing & Heating again....and will refer to other people.

Around three years ago, we renovated the three baths in our house.  Our tile contractor was the main contractor, and he recommended Diliberto for the plumbing work since he found this firm the best to deal with in a remodeling job.  Diliberto did excellent work, and we were extremely pleased with the bathroom renovations.
However, plumbing needs maintenance, and I am not capable of do it yourself plumbing anymore because of age.  I called Diliberto at 7:30 am on a Monday, and they promptly dispatched Joe and an apprentice.  Joe promptly diagnosed the maintenance issues, clearly explained them to me, and completed the work promptly.  Now, the plumbing in my house is working perfectly.
The new work was not necessitated in any way with poor work from the original installation.  It was solely maintenance of wear and tear issues.
Our tile contractor has stated that in bidding jobs, Diliberto was the most reasonable plumbing contractor to deal with.

He finished everything in less than a day.  He came in with a very reasonable price, he was very thorough, and I've used him for years.  I would recommend him to others.

He figured out almost immediately what was wrong and how bad. Had the equipment to do the job quickly.

He was within the timeframe provided, and he did call in advance to let us know that he was on his way.  I think the whole project only took 15 minutes.  He also answered my questions about ways to prevent the problem in the future.

They were very clean and careful. The quality of work was just amazing.

We called them out to give an estimate for the job.  We explained that the downstairs toilet had slightly shifted off its base and needed to be fixed.  We showed them the faucet in the kitchen sink was leaking and needed to be replaced. We also pointed out that we wanted to replace the old sink with a 33" x 22" x 8" single bowl kitchen sink.
They gave us an estimate of $696.00
When the plumber came out to do the work (a different person than the one who gave the estimate) he arrived with the the same type of double bowl sink that we already had.  We explained to him that the only reason we wanted the sink to be replaced was to get rid of the double bowl and replace it with a single bowl.
The plumber was very considerate and apologized for the mix up.  He said that he would return with the correct sink the following day. He then proceeded to the fix the toilet and found that the original installation was faulty.  After he removed the toilet, he pointed out that the toilet was not secured to the floor properly.   He had to crawl under the the house to beneath the bathroom from the crawlspace entrance to secure two carriage bolts through the toilet flange on and reinforce it with a 2 x 4 to the frame of the house.  He then put the toilet back and it has been secure ever since.
The following day he returned with the single bowl sink we wanted and had it installed in no time.  The charge was exactly what we were quoted although because of the mix up it took longer than we originally planned.
I would hire these guys again.  They did good work and 2 years later I have no complaints.
