+ -1 moreI have contacted them at least 6 times. Shortly after the roof was done, the gutter fell down. I repaired that because they basically said forget it. A few years later, there was a leak around the chimney. He suggested I get a tube of caulking and fix it myself. Now shingles are sliding off the roof that look like they were never nailed in. I have called him several times and he has said he will send someone out but will not follow through. Most recently, he told me someone would be out today. No one has shown up.
Description of Work: They put on a new roof on 7/12/06. Since then, a gutter has fallen, there has been a leak, and there have been several shingles that have started sliding off the roof.
