Awful service stay away. Company technicians should not be allowed near dangerous equipment, machinery that could cause boo boo’s or shiny objects. Most incompetent people I have ever experienced. Lied to about services provided, did not setup pool properly risking significant damage and lied to both my wife and I about a service call. Was literally told parts were replaced and in the same sentence kept old parts in heater and need to order new parts?! Called manager and stated I’m done.

About as bad as you can imagine.  Under quoted to get the jobs, over invoiced, under-performed.  Just avoid this company.  Use JC Pool & Spa or American Pool instead.  I think sometimes they didn't do work at all and just left notes in my mailbox that they were there.

Arrow was very responsive when we first contacted them and sent someone out a week later, which is pretty fast during the summer.  The guy who came out seemed very knowledgeable and had a plan for the work needing to be done.  He came out on a Friday and said that we would have an estimate that Monday.  By Tuesday afternoon, I called Arrow to ask about the estimate and was told that they didn't have any record of one and would need to get in touch with the guy who came out.  By the end of the week, I still hadn't heard anything.  I called them the following week and was told that they had someone in their office "quit and move away" and that I would have my estimate in a half hour.  A few hours later, I still didn't have an estimate and called back once again.  I was then told verbally the price for one piece of the work and nothing else.  There was no offer to send the missing estimate and when I asked about the rest of the work that needed to be done, the woman replied that she didn't have that information.  I asked her if I could speak directly to the guy who came out and she said she'd have him call me.  Two weeks later, they still haven't called and I still don't have an estimate for the work.  I suppose maybe it's just their office staff that is horrible, but since they're the only way to get in touch with the crew, it makes working with them impossible,

I switched because when we redid our pool we got it done by another company who were doing more quality work. They were competitively priced.

There was confusion as to whether an acid wash was to be done first as the email subject line listed acid wash, so we assumed it was to be done, later, we called and it was not listed on the actual quote and wasn't done. The original quote also named an incorrect color. They came at random times days apart with no communication as to when they were coming back. Even when I called, they gave a vague timeline and did not keep it. When the work was complete, we swam and noticed an electrical current going through the metal parts of the pool. They took their time coming and then the tech came and fixed it while my uncle was watching. THey later billed us $98 for this, saying they could not recreate the problem and said that it probably had to do with other work that we had done the week prior. Called to get in touch with the manager and never got a call back until their assistant was trying to collect the bill.  She gave us a hard time and then was calling our different phone numbers to try to get another answer from a different family member. Got the BBB involved and managed to get the bill cut in half. Did not pursue further as we were sick of dealing with them.

gallons Purchased a combination closing / opening package saving about $100 over a chain like Leslie's.  I didn't notice until the pool was opened and the workmen left that the 2" PVC pipe to our backwash drain had been cut with a saw rendering it inoperable.  Also, when the opening crew tuned on the pumps, I saw the auxiliary (vacuum cleaner) pump kick on.  Moments later it was dead.  We got a call offering to install a new one for $400.  I bought a new on on Amazon for about $150 and will have an electrician wire it for another $50.  I have no evidence that ARROW cut my pipe (but I can't imagine some total stranger sneaked in my yard and did it (nor that they somehow broke the pump) but the coincidences are too weird.  I have learned to pay better attention to my pool infrastructure rather than trust pool workmen to "do the right thing."  However, I should have watched these guys like hawks.  Now I am hiring an electrician AND a plumber to fix problems I didn't have before I hired them.

In retrospect there may have been a couple which broke that connected the "sawed in half" back wash pipe.  still, the fact the opening techs did not notice it or even try to test a backwash was just negligent (but maybe not evil.)

They let my pool go green and didn’t take care of the problem. They then took me to court.

the initial quote was given on July 12,2011. The work did not start until 2 weeks later. The corner of the pool was broken down and the debris was left in the pool. It rained that evening and everything washed into the pool. The workers returned 2 days later to work on the pool again and informed the office they had finished but indeed did not. Arrow Pools called to collect the balance and I proceeded to tell them the work was not completed. they sent out someone to look at it and said indeed it was not done. that evening they sent 2 men to finish the pool. they did not have enough tiles to complete the job so they said someone would be out the next day to complete it. I explained to them that they would have to bring old tiles from the shop and to let whomever was coming out know this. The next day 2 men showed up to finish but didn't have any tiles with them. they told me they would need to go back to the shop to get them which was only 15 minutes away. Instead they stood in my driveway for 2 hours talking to the pool cleaner who showed up to clean an empty pool. I went out to ask them what they were doing and they told me they couldn't do anything because they didn't have the tiles. I asked them if they were going to return tomorrow to finish and they told me they don't work on Saturdays because they cost too much. I waited for them to return on Monday but they didn't come to finish until tuesday. In the meantime the pool was filled. that Tuesday the pool cleaner showed up for a 3rd time to clean the pool but still could not do anything. We decided to turn on the filter to make sure everything was working properly when we discovered the valves to the skimmers were cracked. I proceeded to call the pool company again to have someone come out to fix the problem and explained to them I only wanted 1 of the valves replaced as the other skimmer didn't work properly. This was agreed upon and the next day a technician came out to replace the valve. Unfortunately, they didn't follow direction and replaced both valves which cost another $286. This was on August 3rd.the pool cleaner was supposed to come out to clean the pool after the repair was completed but never showed.  The overall job was completed but was shotty at best. It looks very amateurish. I am very disappointed with the result and will never use this company again. The workers are very unprofessional and are lazy.

I felt as if they lied to me. It is one thing to say that they are too busy to come out, but to tell me that I did not call was unprofessional.

THEY WERE THE MOST COMPETITIVE OUT OF FOUR BIDS I RECEIVED. THE COVER THAT THEY INSTALLED LOOKS TO BE OF GOOD QUALITY. THE COVER WAS MADE AND INSTALLED WHEN IT WAS PROMISED. DURING INSTALLATION, A PIPE WAS DAMAGED AND I AM CURRENTLY TRYING TO GET THEM BACK TO REPAIR IT.
