Description of Work: We have been customers for well over seven years. We have always been completely satisfied with the quality of their work and the price. They are dependable, thorough and most important honest about their price and the work they need to perform. If any additional repairs are necessary, they will always call prior to beginning the work to discuss the issue. But our most recent experience prompted us to write this review. Our daughter came to visit us and discussed the repairs she was told by a dealership were necessary to have done to her car. We placed a call to Pat to request he look over her car and let us know what had to be done. He checked out every item we indicated and he called to say most of the work was NOT necessary. He did do an oil change, checked the brakes, alignment, and windsheild blades. The total charge was more than reasonable and about $700.00 LESS than the amount quoted by the dealership. We have always been confident that we received a fair and honest estimate and charge for the work done at AM-TECH, but this last experience just made us even more aware of just what honest people we have been dealing with for the past seven years.
