Hardwood flooring installation. The crew were subcontractors and they tore out the old carpet and left it to rot outside for several months while I had repairs done to the wall. The wall had to be jacked up because it had settled so much. The Admiral estimator failed to see that everything was uneven; nor did he discuss replacing the quarter round molding that was damaged during the tearout. When the installers finally returned after the repair work was completed (after many phone calls and being told that a new house installation was more important), they stunk of a hard night of drinking and were probably drunk. Replacing the molding also became a big deal for them as well as staining it to match the flooring. Admiral called within 20 minutes of the departure of the installers to ask for their money!

THE INSTALLER DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THE FEW PROBLEMS WE HAD WITH THE EDGES WERE NEVER TAKEN CARE OF. AFTER WE MADE THE COMPANY AWARE OF THE ISSUES WE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM.
