Conrad did an outstanding job with the excavation and installation of multiple culvert pipes for us. Also with the major grading and sloping we needed completed. Very reasonable, knowledgeable and top-notch customer service. He is Amazing at what he does. I would highly recommend this company. And look forward to hiring him again for our future projects.

Conrad and his crew did a great job with our driveway. A new retaining wall and gravel were just what we needed. The only issue we have with the project is that part of the drive was covered with a light layer of gravel at the top of the drive and is now showing exposed grass that hadn?t been removed prior to laying the stone. Other than that, they worked hard and were extraordinarily pleasant. I would recommend them for other such projects and anticipate utilizing their services again.

I was extremely satisfied. I spoke with him on a Saturday and he met with me that day. Once he was on site, I described to him the work I wanted done. He described to me in detail how he would take and do the project. He took the time to answer my many questions. I appreciated his patience. He also explained the time line, when he would start and when he anticipated completing the project. Once we reached the start time day he reached out to me to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived on time. He is very dedicated to his craft. He considered the project as important to him as it was for me. He explained the process. He made some adjustment without changing the cost proposal. Very professional, personable, trustworthy, a man of his word. He has been the easiest contractor to work with in the 32 years I have been at my property. He finished the job in four days by himself. He put in 11/12 hour days. His work ethnic is appreciated. I give him the highest recommendation possible. I do not normally leave reviews but I was compelled to leave him a review.

I apologize for the late review. Conrad installed a French drain in my back yard last spring. This past winter and spring was the first time in years that I did not have a swamp in my back yard. He did excellent work and was also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to hire him again.

Exceptional service, quality work and good value for the money. We had a major flooding issue that was highly stressful to me. CK Leonard was at our house 24 hrs after meeting me, he listened to all of my concerns, offered great advice and really put my mind at ease about the chances of solving our problems.
